Our homemade German chocolate cake is both sweet and stout! Made with semi sweet baking chocolate, we ice each tier with an extra thick layer of coconut and pecan frosting. And unlike other bakeries, we ice top and side so you always get a perfect bite!

Pineapple Coconut Cake

Our pineapple coconut cake is a Southern classic and family favorite. Each layer of white cake is covered with pineapple and white chocolate icing.  It’s frosted with cream cheese icing, then topped with coconut flakes and crushed pineapple.  Beautiful and tasty, it’s so good it’s almost heavenly.

Pecan Praline Cheesecake

Our Pecan Praline Cheesecake blends the best of the North and South! Made with a pecan bar crust, cream cheese and plenty of heavy whipping cream, it’s nutty and smooth at the same time. Topped with a semi sweet chocolate sauce and whole pecans, it’s always a hit.

Strawberry Cheesecake

We make our chocolate strawberry cheesecake with real strawberries, white chocolate, cream cheese and fresh cream. Baked on a layer of crumbled chocolate cookies and topped with more strawberries, it’s refreshing from first bite to last.

Caramel Cake

Pound Cake

We make our classic pound cake with plenty of butter, sugar and eggs just like your Momma’s recipe. However, we add sour cream and cream cheese to give ours a richness rarely found in other pound cakes. Topped with cream cheese icing, this cake is deliciously different. And we’re always playing with different types of cream cheese icings – like chocolate and strawberry. Look for one of our signature oversized slices the next time you visit.

Chocolate Toffee Cake

This chocolate toffee cake is a chocolate lovers dream! Our is made with coffee and dark chocolate, then we add chocolate pudding for good measure.  Topped with chocolate chip frosting, whipped cream and toffee sprinkles, you’ll like it so much, you’ll never eat plain chocolate cake again.

Lemon Tart Bar

Our signature lemon tart cake is actually lemon bars. It has lemon curd on the inside and a flaky crust on the outside. Sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar and big enough to share, they have a bit of sunshine in every bite!  Pairs nicely with a chilled Riesling or Chardonnay.

Pecan Pie

Our pecan bar cake is not a cake at all! It’s really more like a mini pecan pie. Made with karo syrup, brown sugar, lots of pecans, and a light flaky crust, it’s delicious for breakfast, brunch or dessert!


Larger than life, our big chocolate brownie bars are so big and cake-like, one serving can feed several friends. Made with chocolate chips and pecans, they’re chewy and soft just like a perfect brownie should be.

Our scrumptious cookie cakes can be made using any one of our ten delicious cookie flavors. At 12″ round and 1 1/2″ thick, there’s plenty of room to write your message on top in any one of our tasty and colorful icings.
