Fill out the form below and we will contact you. We must speak with you to confirm an order. You can call to discuss your custom cookie needs or send an email request, and we’ll call you. And don’t forget to stop by the bakery any time to see our daily selection of iced cookies—you never know what you’ll find!
Ordering Requirements
- Cookies, Custom Cookies, Casseroles and Special orders, must be placed 1-week in advance
- Cake orders need to be placed 7-10 days in advance
- Less than a one-week notice for special orders will incur a rush fee
- No orders taken via email or phone message
- Must speak to customer to confirm orders
- Payment with card adds 3%
- Credit card number will be given at order placement for orders over $30
- If order is canceled under 1-week, card will be charged half
- Please alert us to any allergies at time of order placement
Packaging Options
- To cello and seal there is an additional cost
Delivery Options
- Delivery available within a close proximity of the shop, call for details
- Please provide recipients contact info
- A delivery attempt will only made once, if recipient isn’t there, we will hold the order at the store for pickup
Style Options
- If you need a specific color please send a picture with the form below
- Specify script or block text of message
- Each piping color adds costs
- Adding a logo adds extra detail cost
- Minimum of four cookies per shape requested
- Cookies do not look like Pinterest cookies. They are hand done and pipers may differ in talent
- No returns of goods with refunds
